We are thrilled to announce our first Beer + Steer Dinner, an exploration of the circular possibilities of cuisine.
Serving a beer-garden inspired family-style dinner on communal tables in the Summit House café, we’re pairing beer from Untied Brewery Co. in New Providence with amazing Angus beef from River Bend Farm (RBF) in Far Hills. What's truly unique is that the beef comes from an RBF steer who fed on the actual spent grains used in making the beer we'll be drinking.
As we hear from special guests Corné Vogelaar of RBF and Tim Stumpf of Untied, we'll examine the unique synergy on the plate between food and beverage, enjoying fourteen delectable beef dishes made for this special occasion. Local. Sustainable. Delicious.
