Pronounced CHAY-Lee (Latin for Heaven!), Coeli oversees large parties, corporate dinners, and other events.
A longtime Summit resident who's raised two children here, Coeli helped debut Summit House, joining us from Harvest Restaurant Group.
She already may be a familiar face to our first-time guests, having volunteered for the Summit Junior Fortnightly Club and various Summit schools, and worked for the Summit Educational Foundation and the Murray Hill Tennis and Fitness club in New Providence.
