to the Heart of Downtown Summit, New Jersey

Debuting for dinner April 10, 2017, Summit House will offer elegant cuisine inspired by the Garden State's diverse edible bounty -- served in a warm, community-focused atmosphere. Sourced from local farms, fisherman and select purveyors, award-winning chef Martin Kester's innovative menu features a raw bar specializing in East Coast oysters, peak-season vegetables and humanely raised meats. With an extensive seasonal craft cocktail program created by renowned mixologist Tad Carducci, the Summit House bar will also serve locally brewed beers as well as old- and new-world wines with a focus on biodynamic and organic farming practices. 

The restaurant will debut with dinner service and expand to include lunch and weekend brunch shortly thereafter.
